# DropiPage generation is stuck, failed, or built the wrong product

If DropiPage generation has been running for more than a few minutes with no progress, check **Landing Pages** first — the page is often already created there — before retrying.

## Steps

1. Go to **Landing Pages** and look for the page; generation can finish in the background even if the progress screen looks frozen.
2. If nothing was created, or the page is stuck on **Draft**, start a new DropiPage generation rather than repeatedly refreshing the same screen.
3. If your balance was deducted but no page appears, check for an incomplete draft first — an unfinished generation can block a new one from starting until it's removed.
4. If generation still fails after two or three attempts, contact support with the product name and the approximate time you generated it.

## Common problems

- Coins deducted, no landing page created → this usually means an earlier generation left an incomplete page; check Landing Pages for a stray draft and remove it, then try again.
- Generation stuck for 5+ minutes or never finishes → retry rather than waiting; most cases resolve on a second attempt.
- The AI built the page around the wrong product, or misread what the product actually is → make the product title and main photo as literal and specific as possible; DropiPage reads the title, description, and main image to decide what to build.
- Page quality or ad copy feels off after generation → open the page in the builder and edit any section directly; you can also regenerate.
- An error mentions a connection or real-time update problem → this is a temporary connection issue on our side; wait a minute and retry, and contact support with a screenshot if it repeats.
- Uploading a product photo during generation throws an error → retry with a smaller image file, and contact support with a screenshot if it continues.
