# Can I get my store balance/coins refunded to my bank account?

Balance top-ups of **$20 or less are non-refundable** under Dropify's refund policy — this applies even if you never used the balance. Larger amounts can be requested through support, subject to the same policy as other refunds.

## Steps

1. Check the total amount you're asking to have refunded.
2. If it's **$20 or under**, it isn't eligible for a refund under policy — this includes account balance top-ups specifically.
3. If it's over $20, email support with your account email and the amount, and they'll review it against the refund policy (see [Can I get a refund for my Dropify subscription?](https://help.dropify.shop/en/subscription_billing/request-a-refund/) for the general rules and timeline).

## Common problems

- Requested a small refund (e.g. $5) and it was declined → this is expected under policy — top-ups of $20 or less are final, regardless of whether the balance was used.
- Believe you're owed a compensation credit from a past issue → provide any evidence you have (screenshot, prior conversation reference); support reviews these case by case and can add balance as a goodwill credit, which is different from a cash refund.
- Closing your account with unused balance left over → see [How do I close or delete my Dropify account?](https://help.dropify.shop/en/account_login/close-or-delete-your-account/) — small remaining balances generally aren't cashed out, but you can leave the account dormant instead of forfeiting it.
