# What are these coin transactions in my history?

Check **Account Settings → Coins → History** for a full breakdown — most entries are simply the per-order fee deducted for each order your store receives, plus any AI-feature or add-on usage.

## Steps

1. Go to **Account Settings → Coins → History**.
2. Each line shows what the coins were spent (or earned) on — usually one entry per order, plus entries for things like AI landing page generation or extra staff members.
3. Match unfamiliar entries against your **Orders** list by date to confirm which order they correspond to.

## Common problems

- Coins deducted but the thing you were paying for didn't finish (e.g. an AI landing page generation that stalled) → check the relevant section anyway (e.g. Landing Pages) — the item is often still created despite the error; if it's genuinely missing, contact support with the date/amount for a review, and try clearing your browser cache before retrying the action.
- See a transaction you don't recognize at all → cross-check it against your Orders list by date first; if it still doesn't match anything, contact support with the entry's date and amount.
