# How to create an ad campaign in Dropy Ads

From **Marketing → Dropy Ads → Campaigns**, select **Create**, and follow the four-step wizard: Campaign, Ad Set, Ad Creative, then Review & Launch. Launching a campaign itself has no coin cost — only AI creative generation is billed.

## Steps

1. **Campaign**: choose a connected platform and ad account, an objective (Sales, Traffic, or Awareness), a daily budget and currency, and dates. Sales campaigns need a pixel — use **Use Dropify Store Pixel** if you don't have your own.
2. **Ad Set**: set your audience (countries, age, gender, interests, custom audiences), placements, optimization and bid strategy, and schedule. TikTok, Snapchat, and Google show a simplified "smart" setup instead.
3. **Ad Creative**: advertise a product or a landing page, choose a format (single image, carousel, or video), and upload your own media (PNG/JPG/MP4/MOV up to 30 MB) or generate creatives with AI. Add your headline, primary text, description, and call to action.
4. **Review & Launch**: preview the ad, then choose **Save as Draft**, **Publish & Activate**, or **Publish as Paused**.
5. Manage live campaigns from the list — View, Pause, Activate, or Delete (deleting removes the campaign permanently on the ad platform too).

## Common problems

- "{platform} requires a minimum daily budget of {min} {currency}" → raise your daily budget to at least the platform's minimum before publishing.
- "Meta Pixel required for Sales campaigns" → add a pixel, or select **Use Dropify Store Pixel** to use your store's default pixel instead of creating your own.
- Draft disappeared or looks incomplete → the wizard auto-saves drafts as you go; reopen the campaign from the list to continue where you left off.
- TikTok video ad blocked → TikTok requires an authorized identity for uploaded video; set one up before publishing.
