# Dropy Ads troubleshooting: accounts, budgets, and rejected creatives

Most Dropy Ads errors point to a specific fix: reconnect the account, raise the budget, replace the rejected media, or retry the generation.

## Steps

1. Identify which stage the error is in — Accounts, Campaign setup, Ad Creative, or Creative Studio/Quick Plan generation.
2. Match the message below to its fix.
3. If the fix doesn't resolve it, contact support with the exact error text and a screenshot.

## Common problems

- "{count} account(s) need attention. Re-authorize them" → your ad account's token is expiring or has an error; open **Accounts** and select **Reconnect**.
- "{platform} requires a minimum daily budget of {min} {currency}" → raise your campaign's daily budget to at least that amount.
- Google ad rejected for its logo, or media flagged as low quality → replace the asset with a higher-resolution image or video that meets the platform's logo/media guidelines, then resubmit.
- TikTok blocks publishing an uploaded video → TikTok requires an authorized identity for uploaded video; set one up in your TikTok account settings before publishing.
- Snapchat downgrades your campaign's optimization to clicks → this happens automatically when the Snap Pixel doesn't yet have enough purchase signal; it corrects itself once more purchase events come through.
- "Generation failed. Please try again." (Creative Studio or Quick Plan) → retry; if it fails repeatedly, adjust your brief (shorter prompt, fewer variations) and try again.
- Account shows "Setup required" → the platform connection wasn't finished; reconnect and complete every step of that platform's popup, including any account-selection step.
