# How to customize the order form (Express Checkout) on a landing page

The order form is the **Express Checkout** block. Click it in the builder to open its settings, where you can add, remove, relabel, or translate its fields (name, phone, city, address).

## Steps

1. In the landing page builder, click directly on the Express Checkout / order form section to select it.
2. Click the **+/-** icon that appears below it to open the elements panel, and add or remove input fields.
3. To relabel or translate a field (e.g. into French), click that specific field, open the **Settings** tab in the side panel, and edit its **Label** and **Placeholder** text.
4. To add a full customer-info form to a page that doesn't have one, add the **Express Checkout** block from the block panel the same way you add any other section.
5. Save, then check the published link on both desktop and mobile — the order form's position and visibility can differ between the editor and the live mobile layout.

## Common problems

- Order/checkout button doesn't take customers to the form → make sure the button's link is set to `#buynow` (or whatever your checkout anchor is) rather than left blank or pointed elsewhere.
- Phone field defaults to the wrong country code → by default the code is guessed from the visitor's location. To fix it to one country regardless of visitor location, click the phone/country field, open its **Settings**, and set a **Default country code** — this overrides the automatic detection.
- Want to remove one specific element from the end of the checkout flow (e.g. a contact/call-time field) → click that exact element and remove it individually rather than the whole form.
- Order form shows in the wrong position on the live page (e.g. shifted to the middle instead of the bottom), or is missing on mobile → switch to mobile edit mode when arranging sections, since desktop and mobile layouts are edited/rendered separately; if it still doesn't match after resaving, contact support with the landing page link.
- Want to translate checkout labels → edit each field's Label/Placeholder individually as in step 3; there's no single one-click language switch for the order form.
