# How do I view and manage my customer list?

**Marketing → Customers** lists everyone who has ordered from your store, with contact details, order count, and total spent, so you can segment or manage them.

## Steps

1. Go to **Marketing → Customers**.
2. Search by name/email/phone, or filter by **Country**, **Block status**, minimum/maximum **Orders**, or minimum/maximum **Sales**.
3. Click **Add Customer** to manually add someone (name, phone number, address, country).
4. To stop a specific customer from ordering, use **Block customer (by IP)** on their row.
5. Select customers with the checkboxes and click **Export**, then choose **Export CSV** or **Export XLSX** to download the filtered list.

## Common problems

- Blocking a customer didn't stop new orders → blocking here works by IP address; a customer ordering from a different device/network or a shared IP won't be caught. For blocking by phone or email instead, use the Blacklist app.
- Exported file is missing customers → check active filters (Country, Orders, Sales range); they apply to the export just like the on-screen list.
- Same person appears twice → duplicate entries usually come from different contact details (e.g. a typo'd phone number) used across orders; each combination is tracked separately.
