# How do I sell digital products with Go Digital?

Go Digital lets you create and sell digital products — eBooks, music, software, courses, and similar downloadable goods — directly from your store.

## Steps

1. Open **Go Digital** from Apps.
2. Click **Create new product** and add your digital product's details, including the file customers will receive after purchase.
3. Track performance from the dashboard: **Total sales**, **Total orders**, and **Conversion rate**.
4. Use the **Status**, **Product Type**, **Date Range**, **Price Range**, and **Compare Price Range** filters to find specific products in the list.
5. From a product's row, you can **Edit product**, **View in store**, **Download file**, or **Delete product**.
6. To pull your data out, click **Export Data** and choose **Export as CSV** or **Export as Excel**.

## Common problems

- Export button says to select at least one item → some export flows require selecting rows first; check at least one product's checkbox, then export again.
- Customer says they never received the digital file → use **Download file** yourself first to confirm the correct file is attached to that product, then re-check the order's delivery status.
- Deleted a product by mistake → deletion needs confirmation ("Are you sure you want to delete {name}?") but is permanent; you'll need to recreate the product and re-upload the file.
- Sales numbers look off → the dashboard stats (Total sales, Total orders, Conversion rate) reflect the current filters; clear filters to see the full picture.
