# How do I see and manage newsletter subscribers?

The **Newsletter** page under Marketing lists everyone who subscribed to your store's newsletter, with their name, email, country, phone number, and the product SKU they subscribed from.

## Steps

1. Go to **Marketing → Newsletter**.
2. Use the search box or the **Country**, **Name**, and **Email** filters to narrow the list.
3. Select one or more subscribers with the checkboxes, then use **Actions → Bulk Delete** to remove them.
4. Click **Export** and choose **Export CSV** or **Export XLSX** to download the full subscriber list (respecting your active filters).
5. To remove a single subscriber, use the delete action on their row; you'll be asked to confirm since it can't be undone.

## Common problems

- Export button is greyed out or returns "No newsletters selected" → that message only applies to bulk delete, which requires selecting rows first; Export itself works on the filtered list without needing a selection.
- A subscriber I deleted still gets emails → the newsletter list only tracks who opted in on your store; if you're also using an email app like Easy Mailer, Brevo, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo, remove them from that app's list too.
- List looks empty → check your filters (especially Country) aren't excluding everyone; clear them and search again.
