# How to connect Cod Network as a seller or affiliate

Connect **Cod Network** with your CodNetwork **API Token** — as a Seller (fulfill your own products through their COD network) and/or an Affiliate (sell products from their catalog) — so eligible orders are sent to them automatically.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Cod Network**.
2. You'll see two cards: **CodNetwork Seller** and **CodNetwork Affiliate**. Connect whichever type applies to you (you can connect both).
3. In the card's **API Token** field, paste the token from your CodNetwork account and click **Save changes**.
4. Once saved, the card shows a **Connected** badge and a **Disconnect** button replaces the form.
5. Before relying on automatic order sending, make sure your checkout form and any landing pages include an **Address** input field — Cod Network requires it, and without it orders will not be sent automatically.

## Common problems

- Orders aren't being sent to Cod Network automatically → check your checkout/landing page has an Address field; this is the most common cause per the in-app warning banner.
- You corrected a wrong SKU after launching ads but the order still isn't at Cod Network → don't re-enter the order manually — resend it through Dropify so the same order is re-submitted to Cod Network with the corrected SKU.
- Token saves but nothing syncs → Dropify only checks that a token was entered, not that it's valid; there's no verification step against CodNetwork's own systems, so double-check the token is copied correctly from your CodNetwork account.
