# How to connect COD Partner and auto-send orders to it

Connect the **COD Partner** app to link your store to COD Partner's call-center and delivery network, then flag which products it should fulfill so eligible orders are sent there automatically.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps**, install/open **COD Partner** under installed apps.
2. Click **Connect COD Partner** — you're redirected to log in with your COD Partner account (or **Create New Account** if you don't have one yet).
3. Once linked, the app shows a **Connected** badge.
4. On each product COD Partner should fulfill, open the product page's **Fulfillment and Shipping** section, set **Fulfillment Center** to COD Partner, turn on **Automatically send orders to**, and enter that product's COD Partner **SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)** with no leading/trailing spaces.
5. Place a test order using a real-looking phone number and shipping address that match a country where the product has stock at COD Partner — mismatched country/phone is the most common reason a test fails.

## Common problems

- "SKU invalid" or order not appearing at COD Partner → click "Add to import list" on the product's COD Partner page, remove any spaces around the SKU, and confirm stock is active in the order's country.
- Orders stuck "Not sent" even though accounts are linked → send the order manually inside COD Partner and read the error message it returns — that's usually where the real cause (bad phone number, out-of-stock country) shows up.
- Was working, now gives "Unauthorized" → disconnect and reconnect the app to re-authenticate.
- Want the COD Partner affiliate program activated → that's managed entirely by COD Partner, not Dropify; contact COD Partner's own support team.
