# How to set up Dropify's AI Order Confirmation (Dropify Confirm)

**Dropify Confirm (AI Order Confirmation)** is Dropify's own AI voice agent that calls customers to confirm COD orders automatically — it's early-access, so you apply first, then configure call rules, products, and at least one flow before it goes live.

## Steps

1. Open **Call Center (Dropify Confirm)**. If not yet approved, fill in **Apply for AI Confirm early access**: monthly orders, markets, current call-center setup and cost per confirmed order (if any), primary call language, and notes, then **Submit application**. Reviews take 1–2 business days; you can edit and re-apply while pending.
2. Once approved, configure: which orders AI should confirm (**COD orders only** or **All orders**), **Retries** (1–3), **Active days** and **Call hours** (or a custom window), and **Call language** (auto-detect or forced), then **Save and enable**.
3. In **Settings**, set Store Name, Agent Name and Voice, delivery estimate, and optional custom script instructions; optionally enable Fraud Protection and the (beta) Abandoned Checkouts caller.
4. Under **Products**, add every product AI should confirm, with a description the agent can read to the customer.
5. Under **Flows**, create at least one automation flow (with a fallback) — without one, orders aren't processed even with the service on.
6. Track results under **All Leads**: search by name, order ID, or phone; open a lead for call logs, order timeline, Retry call, Force call, or Send WhatsApp.

## Common problems

- Orders aren't confirmed even though it's "on" → you need at least one Flow; the dashboard shows "No flows configured" until you create one.
- Lead stuck "Needs review" → it has a product not added under Products; add it or use **Force call** for generic order details.
- Lead on hold for suspected fraud → 3+ orders from the same phone/IP within 24h are auto-held; Force call if genuine.
- **Send WhatsApp** does nothing → requires the WhatsApp Agent app installed, a connected Meta account, and an approved confirmation template.
- Billing is pay-per-use: about $0.25 per lead entered, $0.80 per confirmed lead, plus $0.50 on an accepted upsell.
