# Understanding your subscription plan cost and per-order fees

Your subscription is a fixed monthly fee, and most plans also deduct a small number of coins per fulfilled order — check **Coins History** in your account for the exact breakdown of what you're being charged.

## Steps

1. Go to **Account Settings → Coins** (or **Coins History**) to see your current coin balance and every deduction, including the coin cost per order and per AI-generated landing page.
2. Compare plan tiers under **Plans & Pricing** before upgrading or downgrading — each tier has a different monthly price and a different per-order coin cost.
3. Note that most plans also give a small cashback in coins per fulfilled order, which offsets part of the per-order cost.
4. If you're unsure which plan fits your order volume, contact support with your average monthly order count for a recommendation.

## Common problems

- Confused about whether the monthly fee is the only charge, or if a percentage is also taken per order → most plans charge a fixed monthly subscription plus a small per-order fee deducted from your store balance (not a percentage of order value): **Pay As You Grow** is $0.10 per order, **Business** is $0.05 per order, and **Unlimited** has no per-order fee. Current values are always shown on the **Plans & Pricing** page in your dashboard.
- Asking about a free trial → Dropify doesn't currently offer a free trial period; discounted first-month pricing may be available instead — check the Plans & Pricing page for current offers.
- Not sure how much an AI-generated landing page costs → currently **140 coins ($1.40)** per page, shown before you confirm generation; check Coins History for the exact amount deducted, since this can change over time.
