# How do I generate invoices and shipping labels with InvoiceCraft?

InvoiceCraft generates printable invoices and shipping labels for your orders, using a template you can customize with store, order, customer, and shipment details.

## Steps

1. Open **InvoiceCraft** from Apps.
2. Build or edit your invoice/label template using the available variables, grouped by section:
3. Insert the variables you need into your layout so each printed document pulls live order data automatically.
4. Generate and print/download the invoice or label for a specific order (or in bulk, depending on your order list selection).

## Common problems

- Store logo/details are missing from the printed invoice → make sure **Store Logo**, **Store Name**, **Store Address**, etc. are filled in under **Store Settings → Store information / branding** — InvoiceCraft pulls these fields rather than storing its own copy.
- Tracking number or shipping company isn't printing → this only populates once that information is added to the order itself; add the courier and tracking number to the order first.
- Tax ID doesn't show on invoices → set your **Tax ID** in your store's tax settings; InvoiceCraft only displays what's already configured for the store.
