# Does Dropify supply or source products for me?

No — Dropify is a store-building platform, not a product supplier. You need to add your own products (with at least a name and an image) before you can build a landing page or list anything for sale.

## Steps

1. Go to **Products → Create Product** (or **Import Products**) and add the item you want to sell yourself.
2. If you don't have product photos yet, a single clear image is enough to get started — you can generate a landing page from just that image.
3. For sourcing/supplier questions (what a product costs, who ships it, stock availability), check your own supplier or fulfillment partner rather than Dropify support, since Dropify doesn't have that information.
4. If you use a connected fulfillment partner (e.g. a COD partner), check that partner's own support channel for product-sourcing questions specific to their catalog.

## Common problems

- New account shows a blank landing page and no products → this is expected for a new store; add your own product first, then generate or build the page for it.
- Asking Dropify what a specific product should be sold for, or whether it's a good product to sell → Dropify doesn't provide product or pricing recommendations; that decision and any supplier details are on your side.
- Can't find a specific product category to add (e.g. a niche accessory) → you add and describe the product yourself; Dropify doesn't maintain a catalog of products for you to pick from.
