# How do I connect Cathedis for delivery and COD?

Connect Cathedis from **Apps > Cathedis** using your Cathedis username and password so orders can be handed off to Cathedis for delivery.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Cathedis**. If you don't have an account yet, click **Create New Account** to register on Cathedis's site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your Cathedis **username** and **password**.
4. Click **Connect Account** to save.
5. Once connected, eligible orders can be sent to Cathedis for delivery; Cathedis receives the recipient's name, address, city, phone, order note, and the cash-on-delivery amount converted to Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

To stop using Cathedis, open the app page and click **Disconnect**, then confirm. This removes your shipping configuration with Cathedis.

## Common problems

- "Cathedis is not configured correctly" when sending an order → your username/password aren't saved, or the connection failed; reconnect from the app page.
- "Selected products do not support Cathedis" → none of the products on the order are set up to ship with Cathedis; check your product-to-courier mapping.
- Order rejected with an import/validation error from Cathedis → the response lists the specific reason(s) returned by Cathedis (for example a missing or unrecognized city); check the error message shown and correct the order's address details.
- Amounts are always converted to MAD before being sent, since Cathedis operates in Moroccan dirhams — if your store uses a different currency, check that the conversion looks correct.
