# How do I connect Citysprint and add products for delivery?

Citysprint is a Kenya-based courier. Connect it from **Apps > Citysprint** with your Citysprint email and password, then add the products you want it to deliver.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Citysprint**. If you don't have an account, click **Create Account** to register with Citysprint first.
2. Click **Connect Account** and enter your Citysprint **email** and **password**.
3. Once connected, click **Create Product** and select a product from your store to register it with Citysprint — products must be created in Citysprint before orders containing them can be sent.
4. Repeat for every product you want Citysprint to fulfill; connected products appear in the Citysprint products table on the app page.
5. Once a product is registered, eligible orders containing it can be sent to Citysprint for delivery, using the customer's name, email, phone, address, city, order note, and shipping charge.

To stop using Citysprint, click **Disconnect Account** on the app page and confirm.

## Common problems

- "The provided CitySprint credentials are incorrect" → re-check your Citysprint email and password and reconnect.
- "CitySprint is not configured correctly" when sending an order → the account isn't connected, or the connection was lost; reconnect from the app page.
- An order's product isn't sent to Citysprint → the product must first be added via **Create Product** on the Citysprint app page; orders with unregistered products won't sync.
- No products listed after connecting → you'll see an empty state prompting you to create your first Citysprint product; click **Create Product** to add one.
