# How do I connect Cod In Africa and which countries does it cover?

Connect Cod In Africa from **Apps > Cod In Africa** using your client key and client secret to manage cash-on-delivery orders across several African countries.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Cod In Africa**. If you don't have an account, click **Create New Account** to register first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **Client Key** and **Client Secret**, both found in your Cod In Africa dashboard settings.
4. Click **Connect Account** to save.
5. Once connected, eligible orders can be sent to Cod In Africa; it requires the customer's name, phone, address, city, and a 2-letter country code, plus the order items with SKU, quantity, and price.

Cod In Africa currently supports orders shipping to: Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, Gabon, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin, Niger, DR Congo (Congo-Kinshasa), Congo-Brazzaville, and Guinea.

To stop using Cod In Africa, click **Disconnect Account** on the app page and confirm — this stops COD order syncing across Africa.

## Common problems

- Order not sent, "unsupported country" error → the order's shipping country isn't in Cod In Africa's supported list above; orders to other countries can't be sent through this integration.
- "Invalid country code" error → the order's country must be a valid 2-letter code; check the customer's country field.
- Missing required order information error → the order is missing a required field (name, phone, country, or address); complete the customer's details before resending.
- Product not found in warehouse for that country → the product hasn't been set up in Cod In Africa's warehouse for the destination country; check with Cod In Africa or choose a supported country.
- "Cod In Africa is not configured correctly" → your Client Key/Secret aren't saved or the connection expired; reconnect from the app page.
