# How do I connect Codzoss to send COD orders?

Connect Codzoss from **Apps > Codzoss** using your Codzoss API token so cash-on-delivery orders can be sent to it automatically. Codzoss is a Tanzania COD courier.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Codzoss**. If you don't have an account, click **Create New Account** to register on Codzoss first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **API Token**, found in your Codzoss dashboard under **Settings > API Keys**.
4. Click **Connect Account** to save.
5. Once connected, eligible orders can be sent to Codzoss; it receives the recipient's name, phone, address, city, order note, and the order's items (SKU, quantity, total price). Codzoss returns an order code used as the tracking reference.

To stop using Codzoss, click **Disconnect Account** on the app page and confirm — this stops all automated COD processing.

## Common problems

- "Codzoss integration is inactive or not properly configured" → the connection is missing or was lost; reconnect with a valid API token.
- "Codzoss API credentials (token or secret key) are missing" → re-enter your API token from the Codzoss dashboard.
- "No products in this order are configured to be sent to Codzoss" → none of the order's products are mapped to Codzoss; check your product-to-courier setup.
- HTTP or API error when sending an order → Codzoss's API rejected the request; the error message includes the status/details returned — retry, and contact Codzoss support if it persists.
