# How do I connect Coliswift and which cities does it deliver to?

Coliswift is a Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) courier. Connect it from **Apps > Coliswift** using your API token and secret key so orders can be sent for delivery.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Coliswift**. If you don't have an account, click **Create New Account** to register on Coliswift first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **API Token** and **Secret Key**, both found in your Coliswift dashboard settings.
4. Click **Connect Account** to save.
5. Once connected, eligible orders can be sent to Coliswift for delivery; it requires the order's items (SKU, quantity) and the customer's city, which must match one of Coliswift's serviceable cities in Côte d'Ivoire (e.g. Abidjan, Bouaké, Yamoussoukro, and several districts within Abidjan such as Cocody, Marcory, Yopougon).

To stop using Coliswift, click **Disconnect Account** on the app page and confirm — this stops order syncing.

## Common problems

- "City is not supported by ColisSwift" → the order's city isn't in Coliswift's serviceable-city list; confirm the customer's city is a Coliswift-covered location before resending.
- "ColisSwift API credentials (token or secret key) are missing" → re-enter your API token and secret key from the Coliswift dashboard.
- "ColisSwift integration is not active or not properly configured" → reconnect the app, or check that your account status with Coliswift is active.
- No products sent → the order has no items mapped to be sent to Coliswift; check your product-to-courier setup.
