# How to connect DirDyalk for COD deliveries in Morocco

**DirDyalk** is a Moroccan courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page by pasting a webhook URL, so Dropify can push orders to it and sync delivery status.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → DirDyalk**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the DirDyalk site first.
2. In your DirDyalk account, generate or copy the **Webhook URL** for receiving orders.
3. Back in Dropify, click **Connect DirDyalk** and paste the Webhook URL, then submit.
4. To change the URL later, reopen the app page and edit your webhook settings.
5. To stop using the integration, choose **Disconnect DirDyalk**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect DirDyalk" → check that the webhook URL is valid and complete.
- Orders don't reach DirDyalk → the ordered products need both a SKU and a quantity set; orders missing either are skipped.
- Order totals look off → DirDyalk order totals are automatically converted to Moroccan dirham (MAD) if your store uses a different currency.
- Order submission failed error → the message includes the reason returned by DirDyalk; check the order's customer name, phone, address, and city are complete.
