# How to connect Egrow to send orders automatically

**Egrow** is a courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page with an API key, so Dropify can send your order and delivery details automatically.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Egrow**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the Egrow site first.
2. Click **Connect Egrow**.
3. Enter your **API Key** from your Egrow account, then submit.
4. Once connected, your API key is shown masked on the app page; reopen the connect form to update it if it changes.
5. To stop using the integration, choose **Disconnect Egrow**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Egrow" → recheck the API key copied from your Egrow account.
- No products are sent for an order → the order's products need a SKU set; orders with no eligible items are skipped.
- API error when sending an order → the request to Egrow failed; try resending, or reconnect with a fresh API key if it keeps failing.
- Country coverage → Egrow focuses on North Africa and Middle East cash-on-delivery markets and forwards orders to whichever local carrier network it has set up for your account, rather than delivering under a single fixed country itself.
