# How to connect Express Coursier for deliveries and COD

**Express Coursier** is a courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page to automatically create shipments and sync delivery status for your orders.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Express Coursier**. If you don't have an account yet, use **Create New Account** to sign up on the Express Coursier site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **API Token**, found in your Express Coursier dashboard under Settings → API, then submit.
4. Once connected, orders you send to Express Coursier are matched to the courier's city list automatically using your order's city name.
5. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect Account**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Express Coursier account" → double-check the API token was copied fully (no extra spaces); reconnect with a fresh token from your Express Coursier dashboard.
- Order fails to send with a city-related error → Express Coursier couldn't match your order's city to one on its list; check the customer's city spelling on the order, or contact Express Coursier if the city isn't covered. Dropify doesn't hold a separate published city list — it queries Express Coursier's own list at send time.
- Order fails to send with no city error → the order may have no eligible products for this courier, or the account token is missing/invalid — reconnect the app.
- Country coverage → Express Coursier operates in Morocco only, delivering to 400+ regions nationwide.
