# How to connect Express Relais for deliveries and COD

**Express Relais** is a courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page to automatically create shipments and keep delivery status synced on your orders.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Express Relais**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register with Express Relais first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your Express Relais **Username** and **Password**, then submit.
4. Once connected, the app checks both your pickup city and each order's delivery city against Express Relais's supported city list before sending.
5. Delivery status updates are synced back automatically as Express Relais reports them.
6. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect Account**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Express Relais account" → re-enter your username and password carefully; these are your Express Relais login credentials, not an API key.
- Order fails to send with an invalid city error → either the order's delivery city or your store's pickup city isn't recognized by Express Relais — check the spelling of the city on the order and on your store address.
- "Cities unavailable" error when sending an order → Express Relais's city list couldn't be retrieved; try again shortly, and if it persists reconnect the app.
- No eligible products error → the order contains only products not set up to ship with this courier.
- Country coverage → Express Relais operates in Morocco; Dropify sends every order to Express Relais's Moroccan API.
