# How to connect IW Express for Gulf region deliveries

**IW Express** is a courier/COD network for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region that you connect from the Apps page to create shipments and sync delivery status.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → IW Express**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to sign up on the IW Express site first.
2. Click **Connect Account** and enter your **API Key**, then submit.
3. Once connected, click **Update Settings** to fill in your pickup/origin details: store name, address lines 1 and 2, city, country, phone number, and postal code. IW Express needs these to build the shipment's origin details.
4. Save your settings — IW Express deliveries won't process correctly without a complete origin address.
5. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect**, which also removes your saved shipping configuration.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect IW Express account" → verify the API key was copied fully from your IW Express account.
- Order fails to send → IW Express's API rejected the shipment (e.g. incomplete origin address, unsupported destination, or invalid customer/service mapping for the destination country); check that your origin settings under **Update Settings** are complete, then retry.
- No eligible products error → the order contains only products not set up to ship with this courier.
- Country coverage: Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region (per the app's own description).
