# How to connect Livreego for deliveries in Morocco

**Livreego** is a courier/COD network for Morocco that you connect from the Apps page to automatically create shipments and sync delivery status for your orders.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Livreego**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the Livreego site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **Authentication Token**, found in your Livreego dashboard under Settings → API Integration, then submit.
4. Once connected, orders sent to Livreego are automatically matched against Livreego's supported city list, and the order total is converted to MAD if your store uses a different currency.
5. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect Account**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Livreego account" → re-copy the authentication token from your Livreego dashboard; make sure there are no missing characters.
- Order fails to send with a city not found error → the customer's city on the order doesn't match Livreego's supported city list; check the city spelling on the order.
- No eligible products error → the order contains only products not set up to ship with this courier.
- Order not sent with no clear error → the connected account's token may have expired; disconnect and reconnect with a fresh token.
