# How to connect MlShipAfrica for deliveries

**MlShipAfrica** is a courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page using an API key and secret to create shipments and sync delivery status.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → MlShipAfrica**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the MlShipAfrica site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **API Key** and **API Secret**, then submit. Double-check both values before connecting — the app itself warns that credentials must be correct.
4. Once connected, the app shows your Sender Information (name, email, mobile, ID, country, city, address) and a profile completeness percentage.
5. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect" → recheck the API Key and API Secret for typos; both are required together.
- Sender profile shows as "Incomplete" → some sender fields (city, address, etc.) are missing on your MlShipAfrica account; complete them in your MlShipAfrica account, not in Dropify.
- Order fails to send with a generic error → your connection token may have expired; reconnect the app, and if it still fails check your MlShipAfrica account status directly.
- No eligible products error → the order contains only products not set up to ship with this courier.
- Country coverage → MlShipAfrica is a pan-African network; it delivers based on the sender country registered on your MlShipAfrica account (shown as Sender Information after connecting), not a single fixed country.
