# How to connect Mylerz for deliveries and COD

**Mylerz** is a courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page to automatically create shipments and sync delivery status for your orders.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Mylerz**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the Mylerz site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your Mylerz **Username** and **Password**, then submit.
4. Once connected, sending an order to Mylerz creates a delivery package automatically, using the order's items, weight, and address; Dropify stores the returned barcode/tracking number on the order.
5. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect Account**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Mylerz account" → re-enter your Mylerz login username and password; these are account credentials, not an API key.
- Order fails to send → Mylerz's API rejected the request (for example, an unsupported destination or missing shipment details); check the order's address and phone number for completeness, then retry.
- No eligible products error → the order contains only products not set up to ship with this courier.
- Order sends but no tracking number appears → the connection may have returned an unexpected response; disconnect and reconnect the account and retry sending the order.
- Country coverage → this integration sends orders to Mylerz's Morocco delivery network.
