# How do I connect Olivraison to sync my Morocco deliveries?

Install Olivraison from Apps, then enter your Olivraison API Key and Secret Key to connect the courier and start syncing shipments and delivery status.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Olivraison**.
2. Click **Connect Olivraison**.
3. Enter your **API Key** and **Secret Key** from your Olivraison partner account.
4. Submit. Dropify verifies the credentials directly with Olivraison before saving them; a "Connected" badge appears on success.
5. No Olivraison account yet? Use **Create New Account** to sign up first.

## Common problems

- "Authentication Failed" when connecting → the API Key or Secret Key is wrong, or doesn't match an active Olivraison partner account; re-check both values in your Olivraison dashboard.
- Order not accepted by Olivraison → the recipient phone number, city, address, or cash-on-delivery amount on the order may be invalid or missing; Olivraison rejects orders with incomplete delivery details.
- Same order submitted twice → Olivraison flags duplicate order numbers instead of creating a second shipment.
- Need to change credentials → open the connect form again to update the saved API Key/Secret Key, or Disconnect and reconnect.
