# How do I connect Onessta for order delivery and COD?

Install Onessta from Apps, then enter your Onessta Client ID and API Key to connect the courier for shipment creation and delivery status sync.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Onessta**.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **Client ID** and **API Key**, both found in your Onessta dashboard under Settings > API Integration.
4. Submit. Dropify verifies the credentials with Onessta before saving them; a "Connected" badge appears on success.
5. No Onessta account yet? Use **Create New Account** to register on Onessta's site first.

## Common problems

- "Invalid credentials. Please try again." → the Client ID or API Key doesn't match an active Onessta account; both fields must be at least 10 characters and copied exactly from your Onessta dashboard.
- Orders don't get sent to Onessta → each product needs a pickup city selected before it can ship with Onessta; Dropify matches this against Onessta's own city list, so an unset or unmatched pickup city blocks the shipment.
- "Selected products do not support Onessta" → the product(s) on the order aren't configured to use this courier; check the product's shipping settings.
- Need to disconnect → Disconnect clears the saved Client ID, API Key, and access token, stopping all Onessta syncing.
- Country coverage → Onessta operates in Morocco; Dropify converts each order's total to Moroccan dirham before sending it.
