# How do I connect Prime COD to sell in Eastern Europe?

Install Prime COD from Apps, then paste your Prime COD API Token to connect the courier/COD network and start syncing orders and delivery status.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps > Prime COD**.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Paste your **API Token**, found in your Prime COD dashboard under Settings > API Integration, then submit.
4. A "Connected" badge appears once the token is saved.
5. Choose where Prime COD is offered to customers — **Display On**: Landing pages only, Checkout page only, or Both.
6. No Prime COD account yet? Use **Create New Account** to sign up at primecod.app first.

## Common problems

- Token rejected → it must be at least 10 characters; re-copy it from your Prime COD dashboard.
- "Country not supported by Prime COD" → Prime COD only operates in Eastern Europe; orders shipping to a country outside its coverage will be rejected.
- Prime COD option missing at checkout/landing page → check the **Display On** setting; it may be scoped to only funnels or only the store checkout.
- Disconnecting → clears the saved token and stops COD orders from being sent to Prime COD.
