# How to connect Sandoog for COD deliveries in Iraq

**Sandoog** is a courier/COD network for Iraq that you connect from the Apps page to create shipments and sync delivery status for your orders.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Sandoog**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the Sandoog site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**.
3. Enter your **API Key** and **Entity ID**, both from your Sandoog dashboard.
4. Choose a **Delivery Type** (Standard or Express) and whether to **Include Delivery Charge** in the order total, then submit.
5. Once connected, use **Update Settings** anytime to change the delivery type or charge option without reconnecting.
6. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect Account**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Sandoog account" → double-check the API Key and Entity ID copied from your Sandoog dashboard.
- Order fails to send with a "destination district not found" error → the customer's city on the order doesn't match Sandoog's supported district list; check the city spelling.
- Missing client name, phone, or address error → the order is missing required customer info; fill it in before resending.
- "No products to send" error → the order's products aren't set up to ship with this courier.
