# How to connect Sendit for deliveries in Morocco

**Sendit** is a Moroccan courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page to create shipments and sync delivery status for your orders.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Sendit**. If you don't have an account, use **Create New Account** to register on the Sendit site first.
2. Click **Connect Sendit Account**.
3. Enter your **Public Key** and **Secret Key**, both from your Sendit dashboard.
4. Select your **Pickup City** from the list, then submit.
5. Once connected, use **Update Pickup City** anytime to change where your parcels are picked up.
6. To stop using the integration, open the app page and choose **Disconnect**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect Sendit account" → recheck the Public Key and Secret Key from your Sendit dashboard.
- "Invalid phone format" error → Sendit requires Moroccan phone numbers in the `0XXXXXXXXX` format; fix the customer's phone on the order.
- Destination or pickup city not found error → the order's city (or your saved pickup city) doesn't match Sendit's supported city list.
- Missing client name, address, or phone error → fill in the missing customer info on the order before resending.
