# How to connect Todify for deliveries in Morocco

**Todify** is a courier/COD network for Morocco that you connect from the Apps page using account authorization, so Dropify can send orders and sync delivery status. Todify markets itself elsewhere as a "print-on-demand platform," but the connection Dropify sends orders through is a Moroccan delivery/COD integration — every order is sent with a shipping city, phone, address, and pricing converted to Moroccan dirham.

## Steps

1. Go to **Apps → Todify**. If you don't have an account, use **Create Account** to register on the Todify site first.
2. Click **Connect Account**; you're redirected to Todify to authorize the connection, then brought back to Dropify.
3. In the confirmation dialog, choose whether to **Send Landing pages Orders** and/or **Send Store Orders**, then confirm.
4. Once connected, open **Settings** anytime to change which order types are sent.
5. To stop using the integration, choose **Disconnect Account**.

## Common problems

- "Failed to connect account" → the authorization step didn't complete; click **Connect Account** again.
- Orders aren't sent to Todify → make sure the matching toggle (Send Landing pages Orders or Send Store Orders) is turned on in Settings.
- "Failed to update account" → reopen Settings and save again.
- "Failed to send order to Todify" → check the order has a complete customer name, phone, address, and city, then resend.
