# How do I block a specific customer from ordering?

Blacklist blocks specific customers by reporting them, and can automatically stop flagged orders from being sent to certain fulfillment centers.

## Steps

1. Open **Blacklist** from Apps.
2. Under **App Settings**, use **Don't automatically send orders to** to pick fulfillment platforms that should be excluded from auto-ordering when a customer is flagged.
3. Check **My Blacklist** to see your list of blocked customers, showing **Customer name**, **Phone number**, and **Reason**.
4. Use **Delete All** to clear the entire list if needed.

## Common problems

- Blacklist shows "No blacklisted customers found" but you expected entries → you don't add customers from the Blacklist app page itself. Open the relevant order, find the customer's details, and use the **Report** action there to flag them with a reason — they then appear in **My Blacklist**.
- A flagged order still went to a fulfillment center → check that the specific platform is selected under **Don't automatically send orders to** — only platforms listed there are excluded.
- Accidentally cleared the whole list with Delete All → this can't be undone; the list rebuilds only as new customers get flagged/reported going forward.
