# How do I upload my store logo and favicon?

Set your store's logo and favicon from **Store Settings → Store branding**.

## Steps

1. Go to **Store Settings → Store branding**.
2. Upload a **Logo on Transparent Background** and/or a **Logo on Solid Background** by dragging files into the upload area or clicking to browse — recommended size is 450×100 pixels, JPG or PNG.
3. Upload a **Favicon** — recommended size is 38×38 pixels, JPG or PNG.
4. Click save — you need to upload at least one image before changes can be saved.

## Common problems

- Save button won't work → you need to upload at least one image (logo or favicon); an empty form can't be saved.
- Logo looks stretched or cropped on the storefront → your uploaded image doesn't match the recommended 450×100 ratio; re-export it closer to that aspect ratio.
- Favicon doesn't update in the browser tab → browsers cache favicons aggressively; hard-refresh or clear the site's cached data after updating it.
- Only one logo variant is showing → each logo type (transparent vs solid background) is used in different places on your store/theme; upload both if your theme needs them.
