# How do I submit a new support ticket?

Submit a new support request from **Support Tickets → New Ticket**, choosing the category that best matches your issue so it reaches the right context faster.

## Steps

1. Go to **Support Tickets** and click **New Ticket**.
2. Enter a **Title** describing the issue.
3. Choose a **Reason**/category: Order Issue, Technical Issue, Affiliate Program, Marketplace Order, Subscription Issue, Balance, Coins Issue, Store Builder, Funnel Builder, Payment Integration, Policy Question, or Other.
4. If relevant, fill in the **Order ID** or **Marketplace Order ID**.
5. Set a **Priority**: Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
6. Pick a **Preferred Contact Method** if you'd like a call: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp, or No Preference.
7. Write your **Message** with as much detail as possible, and attach any relevant **Attachments** (screenshots, screen recordings, etc.).
8. Click **Create Ticket**.

## Common problems

- Not sure which Reason to pick → choose the closest match (e.g. use "Order Issue" for anything about a specific order, "Technical Issue" for bugs); you can add more context in the Message either way, and support can still route it correctly if the category isn't a perfect fit.
- Ticket submitted without enough detail leads to a slow back-and-forth → include the order ID (if relevant), what you expected vs. what happened, and a screenshot/recording in Attachments up front to speed up the first reply.
- Marked Urgent but no faster response → priority reflects how you see the impact, but response order also depends on the category and current volume; for anything affecting live orders, also include the Order ID so it can be identified quickly.
- Wanted a call but got a text reply → the **Preferred Contact Method** is a request, not a guarantee; some issues are resolved faster over chat/email and support may reply that way first before scheduling a call.
