Does Dropify offer a public API or developer documentation?
Dropify doesn't currently offer self-serve public API documentation, API keys, or webhooks for merchants or outside developers to build their own integrations.
Steps
- Check Apps first — most data exchange with other platforms today happens through a pre-built app connection, not a raw API. Search the catalog for the platform you need.
- If no app exists for that platform, use the Google Sheets integration as a workaround: connect it from Apps, then have your other platform pull data from that spreadsheet on its own schedule.
- For a custom integration request — your own tool, a client's platform, a SaaS product — contact Dropify support with the name of the platform and the data you need. Requests are logged for evaluation, but there's no self-serve access or guaranteed timeline today.
Common problems
- Store shows "connected" to a partner app, but that app still asks for a separate API key to finish linkingthis usually needs to be completed from inside that app's own settings/account, not requested from Dropify directly; if it persists, contact support with a screenshot of what the partner app is asking for.
- Need webhook documentation and a sandbox/demo store to build a client integrationnot available today; share the request with support so it can be logged for evaluation.
