How to estimate COD fees and profit before going live
COD Simulator projects the total fees a cash-on-delivery confirmation partner will charge on an order — so you can check a product is profitable before you run ads on it.
Steps
- Open Apps → COD Simulator.
- For each partner accordion (COD Partner, COD Network, Prime COD, Lofty Service), enter its known fees: Cost per Lead, Confirmation Cost, Cost per Delivered, Subscription Fees, COD Fees (%), Exchange Fees (%), and per-country Fees / Confirmation Rate / Delivery Rate, then click Save Settings for that provider.
- Click Simulate to open the simulation form.
- Select one or more Services (partners) and Countries, set Quantity, Advertising Cost, Selling Price, and the Product Cost for each selected service.
- Click Run Simulation. A results table compares every service/country combination side by side, with the best and worst values for each row (profit %, advertising cost, etc.) color-coded green/red.
- Click Start Over to change your inputs and run another scenario.
