Can I add Tabby, Tamara, or another gateway not in Dropify?
Dropify doesn't currently support every regional gateway or buy-now-pay-later provider — including Tabby, Tamara, Kashier, Vodafone Cash, Cash Plus, YouCan Pay, and bank transfer for most stores. Requests for these are logged for the product team, but there's no timeline to share, so plan around what's available today.
Steps
- Check Store Settings → Payment Methods for the gateways you can connect right now: Stripe, PayPal, CMI, Payzone, FawryPay, ZainCash, Tap Payments, LemonSqueezy, and Cash on Delivery.
- If your preferred gateway isn't listed, pick the closest available match for your region — for example, FawryPay or PayPal in Egypt, or CMI/Payzone in Morocco.
- Let support know which gateway you need and why; it's shared with the development team as a feature request, but isn't guaranteed to ship or given an ETA.
Common problems
- "Is Tabby/Tamara available?"Not yet; these buy-now-pay-later options aren't integrated. Use Stripe or PayPal for card payments in the meantime.
- "Can I add Kashier?"Not currently available; FawryPay is the closest supported Egyptian gateway, and PayPal can also be added for card payments.
- "Can customers pay via bank transfer, Cash Plus, or Vodafone Cash?"Not available to most stores today.
- Confused whether card payment via PayPal was removed after an updatePayPal itself still works as a gateway; if card payment isn't showing, check that the Payment Methods block on your checkout page has PayPal switched on (see the Stripe checkout troubleshooting article — the same block applies to every gateway).
