How to connect TajerCOD for COD deliveries
TajerCOD is a courier/COD network you connect from the Apps page by pasting a webhook URL, so Dropify can push orders to it and sync delivery status.
Steps
- Go to Apps → TajerCOD. If you don't have an account, use Create New Account to register on the TajerCOD site first.
- In your TajerCOD account, generate or copy the Webhook URL for receiving orders.
- Back in Dropify, click Connect TajerCOD and paste the Webhook URL, then submit.
- To change the URL later, reopen the app page and edit your webhook settings.
- To stop using the integration, choose Disconnect TajerCOD.
Common problems
- "Failed to connect TajerCOD"check that the webhook URL is valid and complete.
- Orders don't reach TajerCODthe ordered products need a SKU set; orders with no matching SKU are skipped.
- Order submission failed errorthe message includes the reason returned by TajerCOD; check the order's customer info (name, phone, address, city) is complete.
- Country coverageTajerCOD operates in Morocco; Dropify assumes Morocco for any order missing a customer country.
