How do I connect Confirmesafe for COD order verification?
Confirmesafe verifies customer phone numbers automatically before a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed, to cut down on fake orders — built for selling in Morocco.
Steps
- Open Confirmesafe from Apps and click Connect Account.
- In your Confirmesafe dashboard, go to Settings → API Integration to find your Client ID and API Token.
- Enter both in Dropify and click Connect Account.
- Choose Display On: Landing pages Only, Checkout Page Only, or Landing pages & Checkout.
- Once connected, the app shows your Connected Account with a token reference.
- To stop using it, click Disconnect Account and confirm — this disables COD verification for your orders.
Common problems
- "Failed to connect Confirmesafe account"recheck the Client ID and API Token were copied exactly from Confirmesafe's Settings → API Integration, with no extra spaces.
- Verification isn't showing at checkoutcheck Display On is set to include Checkout Page (not just Landing pages).
- Disconnected by mistakeyou'll need your Client ID and API Token again from Confirmesafe to reconnect.
