How do I stop spam and fake orders with Anti-Spam?
Anti-Spam filters out spam and fraudulent orders using keyword/IP/phone blocking, order-frequency limits, CAPTCHA, and phone verification.
Steps
- Open Anti-Spam from Apps.
- Keyword filter protection — add words (e.g. "test", "spam", "free") that, if found in an order, get it blocked.
- IP filter protection — add specific IP addresses to block.
- Phone Number Blocking — add phone numbers to block; press Enter after each one to add multiple.
- Minimum waiting time between COD orders — set a number of minutes a customer must wait between COD orders.
- COD Order Frequency Limiter — cap how many COD orders are allowed within a set number of hours.
- Captcha — enable it so orders must come from a verified real visitor.
- Content Protection — disable copy & paste on store pages and require manual entry in Express Checkout.
- OTP Confirmation (requires an active Anti-Spam Premium plan) — require customers to verify their phone number by SMS or WhatsApp OTP before an order completes; this uses your Store Coins Wallet, so keep an eye on the low-balance warning or OTP messages will stop sending.
