Product price change isn't showing on the landing page
A landing page's price is set separately from the product's price — changing the price on the product does not update an existing landing page; you have to edit the price directly in that landing page's own settings.
Steps
- Open the landing page in the builder.
- Click the price element on the page, or open the landing page's settings sidebar, and edit the price field there.
- Click Save.
- Refresh the published (live) link to confirm the new price shows — the "All Landing Pages" list can briefly keep showing the original AI-generated price until the page is reloaded.
Common problems
- Changed the price in product settings but the landing page still shows the old pricethis is expected; update the price in the landing page's own settings instead (it doesn't pull live from the product).
- Want the "before" (strikethrough) price to show next to the current pricethis needs its own old price element added to the landing page; adding a compare-at price to the product alone isn't enough for it to display on the landing page.
- Price appears to change on its own a few minutes after you set it, or right after launching an adthis points to a page-specific bug rather than something you're doing wrong; contact support with the landing page link and the price you actually set.
- Price shown to the customer at checkout doesn't match what the landing page displayscontact support immediately with the order number, since this can mean customers are being charged the wrong amount.
