Strabl account setup, review delay, and linking stores

Strabl is a Dropify-supported payment app that lets you register an account without a GCC trade license. Strabl reviews every application itself and decides which stores it accepts — approval is not guaranteed and can take time. If you're not approved, or you need to start selling right now, you can use another available payment gateway instead — see Which payment gateways can I use in my country? for options such as PayPal, Stripe, CMI, Payzone, FawryPay, Tap, ZainCash, or LemonSqueezy depending on your country.

Steps

  1. To set up Strabl, go to Apps → Strabl and fill in the account form — Dropify does not require a trade license to register.
  2. If you get a "Failed to create Strabl" error, try again; if it persists, contact support with the exact error so it can be checked, since the cause isn't always clear from the merchant side.
  3. To check an existing account's status, open the Strabl app from your Apps page; an account under review shows Account Under Review.
  4. If review is taking longer than expected, contact Strabl support directly at strabl.io, explain that the account was created through Dropify, and ask them for activation status and next steps — Dropify support cannot expedite Strabl's own review.
  5. For questions specific to Strabl's supported countries, required business structure, or supported payment methods, these are set by Strabl, not Dropify — check with Strabl support directly.
