Understanding your subscription plan cost and per-order fees
Your subscription is a fixed monthly fee, and most plans also deduct a small number of coins per fulfilled order — check Coins History in your account for the exact breakdown of what you're being charged.
Steps
- Go to Account Settings → Coins (or Coins History) to see your current coin balance and every deduction, including the coin cost per order and per AI-generated landing page.
- Compare plan tiers under Plans & Pricing before upgrading or downgrading — each tier has a different monthly price and a different per-order coin cost.
- Note that most plans also give a small cashback in coins per fulfilled order, which offsets part of the per-order cost.
- If you're unsure which plan fits your order volume, contact support with your average monthly order count for a recommendation.
Common problems
- Confused about whether the monthly fee is the only charge, or if a percentage is also taken per ordermost plans charge a fixed monthly subscription plus a small per-order fee deducted from your store balance (not a percentage of order value): Pay As You Grow is $0.10 per order, Business is $0.05 per order, and Unlimited has no per-order fee. Current values are always shown on the Plans & Pricing page in your dashboard.
