Product page shows a 404 or won't open
The most common cause of a product page 404 is that the product isn't Published — check its status before assuming something is broken.
Steps
- Open the product and confirm its status shows Published, not Unpublished/Draft; publish it if needed.
- Copy the product page link fresh from the product list or product editor rather than reusing an old saved link.
- Open that link in a private/incognito window to rule out a caching issue.
- If it's happening for every product you create, not just one, mention that when contacting support — it points to a broader issue rather than a single product mistake.
- Use this same product page link in your ad campaigns — it's the correct link and shows customers the same page you see when you click it yourself.
Common problems
- Product page shows 404 right after creating itcheck the Published/Unpublished toggle first.
- Every new product 404s, not just onecontact support and mention this happens for all new products, since that's a stronger signal than a single broken page.
- "This page couldn't load" error when reviewing a finished product/packretry, and if it persists, contact support with the product name and when it was created.
- Saving/publishing a new product fails with an error messageretry the save after a short wait; contact support if it keeps failing on the same product.
- Product search shows no results for items you know existcontact support with the exact search term and category — the products may still exist even if search isn't surfacing them.
