Landing page shows an error, 404, or won't load
Most "not loading" reports turn out to be an old or mistyped link, or a browser cache issue — before contacting support, get the current link from inside the builder and test it in a private/incognito window.
Steps
- Open the landing page from your Landing Pages list and copy its link fresh from there (don't reuse an old saved URL — it can become outdated after edits).
- Confirm the page's status is Published, not Draft — an unpublished page won't be reachable at its public link.
- Test the fresh link in a private/incognito window or a different browser and device.
- If it works in incognito but not your regular browser, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.
- If it still fails everywhere, contact support with the exact link and a screenshot of the error.
Common problems
- New landing page returns a 404double-check it's Published, and that you're using the current link copied from the Landing Pages list, not an old one.
- Page fails to load specifically when traffic arrives from an ad clicksend support the exact ad link you're using; a malformed or outdated URL in the ad itself is a common cause.
- "Send to store" doesn't work / page shows "no store"landing pages are independent of your store. Reach a page either through its own dedicated link, or by connecting a domain directly in that specific landing page's settings; "Send to Store" only shares a landing page to another Dropify store account (e.g. a partner's), it's not how you attach a page to your own store.
- Recreated a landing page with a slug you used before and get "link already in use," even though the old link now 404scontact support to have the old slug released before reusing it.
- Everything about the page looks right in the builder but the live version is broken or missing sectionssee the edits-not-saving article — this is usually a save/publish sync issue rather than the page being deleted.
