Changes in the landing page builder aren't saving or aren't going live
If clicking Save doesn't seem to work, retry it once before assuming it failed — but if the builder's preview doesn't match the live page, check the actual published link, since saved changes are applied even when the in-editor preview is slow to refresh.
Steps
- After editing, click Save and wait for its confirmation rather than navigating away immediately.
- If Save shows an error or spinner that doesn't resolve, retry once, then refresh the page and check if your edit was actually kept.
- Don't rely only on the builder's preview mode to judge whether an edit went live — open the actual published link in a new tab to confirm.
- When arranging blocks (e.g. putting an offer above the order form), always place content inside a Box element first, and double-check the order in mobile edit mode, since section order can render differently between the editor and the live mobile page.
- If an edit still isn't reflected after confirming Save worked and checking the live link, contact support with the landing page name and a screenshot of what you changed.
Common problems
- Save button spins or shows "try again" and changes are lostretry the save; if it keeps failing, especially while running live ads, contact support right away and mention you're actively advertising the page.
- Editor preview doesn't reflect a saved changecheck the live URL directly — the in-editor preview can lag behind what's actually published, particularly right after a template/version update.
- A block you moved (e.g. offer above the order form) appears in the wrong order only on the published pagere-check in mobile edit mode and resave; contact support if the live order still doesn't match the builder.
- An edit to a specific section (like a reviews block) doesn't apply no matter how many times you savesend support the landing page link and a screenshot of exactly which edit isn't sticking.
