My landing page, product, or its orders disappeared
If a landing page, product, or its orders suddenly disappear, contact support immediately with the page name, approximate date, and any order numbers you remember — these cases have been recoverable, but they need to be reported quickly, especially while ad campaigns are still running.
Steps
- Check the Landing Pages list and your Orders list first to confirm the item is actually gone and not just filtered out (widen any date filters).
- Note the exact landing page name/link, the product involved, and roughly when it was last working.
- If you have active ad campaigns pointing at the missing page, note that too — this affects how urgently it needs to be looked at.
- Contact support right away with these details; do not wait, especially if ads are actively spending on the missing page.
- If orders are restored, double-check their order numbers — restored orders can be reissued with a new order number rather than the original one.
Common problems
- A recently created landing page and its first orders vanished overnightthis has happened to multiple merchants; in past cases the page and data were restored after being reported, though there's no fixed turnaround time. Report it immediately with your page name and the order numbers you had.
- Can't find old landing pages you made a while agoconfirm you're checking the right account/store, then contact support with the store name so they can check whether the pages still exist under it.
- Restored orders show different order numbers than beforethis is expected when orders are recovered after a data issue; the order content itself is preserved even though the number changes.
- Your whole store, not just one page, seems to have lost datamention this explicitly when contacting support, since it changes how the issue is investigated.
